Serving the Lord together

Children's Ministry

Christ Church Hilton’s Kids Ministry team loves serving and discipling your kids to know Christ so as to make him known! All of our kids programmes on Sunday follow The Gospel Project curriculum, a chronological curriculum through the Bible which shows our children God’s plan of redemption through the scriptures. We seek to partner with parents and equip them to be the primary disciplers of their children through supplying families with mid-week activities and devotions to help you build on what your children learn in Sunday school!

VISITING CCH WITH YOUR CHILDREN

Children join their parents in the main service for worship, then go to the front for a kids talk. All children are welcome to stay with their parents through the main service if they like. After the kids talk: Children age 2-3/4 go to the library for a short lesson and play time. Children age 4- grade 2 go to the church hall for Sunday school. Children grade 3-7 go to the Sunday school rooms next door, and return back to the hall at the end of Sunday School with their teacher. Parents of babies: Mothers are welcome to use the nursing mothers room at the back of the church sanctuary to listen to the service while their babies play. Parents are also welcome to join in with the toddler group in the church library.

CCH KIDS AT HOME

Discipleship groups

A number of discipleship groups meet in homes or at the church during the week (and over ZOOM during lockdown) to study the Bible together. These groups provide opportunities both to grow in the knowledge and love of Christ and to share in each other's lives.
